Just post if you just use your Right hand and don't regrip. I just got my 350 yesterday and did a run of 4,882 with my hand slipping twice in middle and i only do 13k with 250hz and 11,132 with 350hz. I think that is pretty good. Please post yours...

Just did it again with a grip enhancer instead of a glove and got 5174. I can only do 11,132 and 13k with 250hz. Any good?

Thats a very nice score there gigabyte.

You have a low speed record compared to your 30s scores. Maintaining over 10K for 30 seconds is very impressive, more so as you have only a 350Hz record of 11,132. You are spinning 93% of your maximum speed potential constantly for 30 seconds, thats extremely high.

Coming from You Pete I appreciate the compliment. After using the metal I don't like to pickup the 250hz as it doesnt seem like a workout now. Your compliment will strive me to want to push harder but only with the Metal. I have read all your posts here and you are a fine young gentleman and one that really wants people to get better with powerballs. Talk with you later and keep powerballing everyone...

My record's 5895, right-hand only, Grip-technique all the way. Before I'd gone over 12k with the Metal I managed something like 5711 in 30s, which was something like 95 - 96% of my maximum speed. Now my 30s record is only 91.6% of my maximum, so I feel an improvement is required...6000 perhaps.

My left hand record is 5398. Both hands, (one changeover), is 5362.

Funnily enough my 250hz record is 13,018 (one more than you ) and i've also got a similar metal to yours - RH: 11,234 and LH: 10,248 - although I can only manage RH: 4,772 and LH 4,199 on the 30s endurance. Seems to be quite a difference in endurance between us then, which is quite impressive from you

Started in May and just got Metal Yesterday...

Well today is Sunday the 22nd at 1PM Eastern... I did my first Metal run and beat my old record with 11,551, 2nd run 11,571 and then my final 3rd run 11,691 and that is my new personel best. Had it for a week now...
