    Default Need help with pb's...

Hi, I currently own a pb techno and I would like to know if pb neon pro/regular pro/250Hz pro s are faster then the techno... because my aunt is planning to fly to usa and buy one to my cussin and she sayed she could buy one for me, Since my techno is a bit "corrupt" and I think its a bit slow equalized to the other models, I would like to know which is the fastest (ive seen talking around that the regular pro is the fastest but, is the 250Hz pro s as fast as it because it has holes that what I think is increasing the friction with the air and will cause it to slow down dramaticly.. I liked that model only because the high sounds it make... I wanna make my family go crazy with the sounds of it hahaha )
I would also like to know which of those has the highest lifetime,
please give me your advice of which of those are the fastest and worth the money
    Thanks,

    Ron

hello ronasor, as you said, the 250Hz its the fastes powerball, and i think the screamer its the slowest....... thats just me!!!!
Because the neon version are abobut 1 or 2% slower than the 250 model.
the techno its a bit slower than the neons... and the screamer seems to be quite a bit slower than my neon versions...
i hope that helps you out

Screamer is not a whole lot slower.

My speed record is 14748 with a Pro and I've scored 14494 with a screamer.

Screamer is a hell of a lot louder though....

I'd like to add that Technos and Neons aren't necessarily the slowest. For one thing, all Powerballs vary. I favour the 250Hz Pros, and recently got two new ones. On one I've managed 14738, on the other I can't get over 14400.

Some people have Neons which they use a lot and are faster than their 250Hz. Some people have had Technos which are just as fast or faster then their 250Hz.

The only model with the new fins as standard is, I believe, the Screamer, so this is perhaps the most durable at the moment. However, soon the updated rotors will be generally available.

If you want top speed, chances are you'd be better off with a 250Hz, but you could be lucky and end up with a really fast Neon.

Just as no-one has really answered this, the Screamer will last the longest. (These rotors have thicker fins then the other ones in Neon and 250Hz models)

The neon rotors are vulnerable if you are going to heavily use it and the 250Hz ones can, only on occasion, crack in the fins.
