I've been PBalling for a few weeks but can't seem to break past a top speed of 10,000 (well, I had one lucky session and hit 10900 - but not since).
Both times I got (for me) good scores was rapidly from a standing start - but try as I might I can't get the speeds back again. I can speed up to 9K pretty well straight away, but get stuck around that level.
Is this a strength or technique issue? I PB about 45 mins a day then rest then another 45 mins next day etc. Like I say - I can get up to 9K quite easily then my hand/wrist/arm just doesn't know what to "do" to go any faster. Any tips here would really help me. Cheers.![]()
