Metal Drop :(

On a fast(ish) run i let my metal powerball loose and it rolled down a chair and i thought 'phew' but then it continued to roll off the chair onto the concrete floor with the expedcted 'thud'.

Yes i now have two massive axle imprints in the blue track, however i have a spare one, but how do i get the old one out?

Just pull, it fits in there snug, don't worry mine fell on carpet and it made a big imprint! so glad the chrome is fine, i would have cried
