Ok first off, yeah it's everything that people have said cornily enough. I'm a cynic about marketing, but in this case they're dead on.
I'm a big guy 18st and I work with swords some and staff work-so macho like I expected to hold onto it and do well. I can barely hold it.
I don't have sufficient grip to work the rest of the forearm at under 7k rpm! yet. :-) my thumb and fingers are giving up first..along with my shoulder!? erk..using straight arm here.
Fingers quivering whilst typing.

lol, I know what you mean about the quivering fingers - I'm just getting into the swing (another newbie - mine arrived today!)

I can see how these things become so addictive!

Is it normal to feel pains in the like balls of ure fingers / joints during the first few days of using this?
