noise and vibrations from powerball

there is a weird noise coming from my powerball even at slow speeds.when i turn it upside down i can push the ball inside up and down.is this normal.it also vibrates at all speeds

As I mentioned in your other thread, have you dropped the Powerball at all?

If you were able to get 11000 on your first day and now you are struggling to get over 4000 and the ball is noisy and vibrating, it sounds like the rotor could be cracked.

If you have dropped it, that could cause the rotor to crack.

However, rarely, a rotor could crack anyway during normal use or occasionally Powerballs have been damaged during the postal process.

If you purchased the Powerball from this website, or one of it's affiliates, it should be covered by the unlimited lifetime warranty and a replacement rotor would be shipped out to you.

It sounds like you need to get in touch with Repairs and they should help you sort the problem out.
