    Default Ball powers down easily

I'm not sure if it's my technique (just got my powerball today, and probably have not fully grasped the technique) or my arms feeling tired, but I can't seem to make the powerball spin faster. Instead, it slows down and eventually stops. I have no idea as to whether this is supposed to be "normal", so any advice would be very much appreciated.

It sounds like a technique problem - please click here for more tips on starting your new purchase! Regards Vera

It was a technique problem all right. Tried again the next day, and I've got it down pat. Now I can't stop playing with my Powerball

Just a question though... why does the high score sometimes change (eg. it disappears or registers a lower score)?

    Good to hear it!

The counter senses the rotation of the ball while in the high score mode and will automatically defer to the secondary mode which calculates the highest speed for [that] particular session.

If [that] score is higher than the one stored in the units memory (ie. the highest score achieved on that ball to date) then it will re-write the score in the memory and it becomes the new high score in the unit.

If the new score is lower than the existing high score (in the units memory) then it will revert back to the units highest score after a few seconds until the next run.

(Sounds complicated but I hope you know what I mean!)

    Regards Vera
