    Ronasor,

Can you please fill out this form and include a link to this thread.

I think a new support band will probably resolve the problem, but would like you to please confirm if the rotor itself is damaged? If you see cracks in the fins particularly please let me know.

    Thanks

    Enda

i belive the rotor isnt damaged at all... i havn't done anything for damaging it, it looks quite perfect i belive... all the stuff ive been working around were the support band and its enterior parts... ive lost the rubber washer so it will make extra rough sounds... im filling the form right now, i belive i need new support band which includes anything that connected to it like the magnet and washer's (4 of them 2square 1circ steel and 1circ rubber) because i belive i damaged them during the removal proceedure... ill be very glad if they will arrive.

    thanks again,
    ron
    P.s:
in addition ive made a sound capture to let you hear the things i encounter with while i spin it... ive cutted some places so you (by sound) will tell the high rpm's and low's and what sounds it will do on those speeds.
hope it will clear things up...
    whoops forgot the link!

If you just filled the repairs form in then they won't reply as it's an automated system. Whereas if you order repairs from repairs[at]powerballs.com they reply back confirming the order.

Thats whats happened with me before.

Mine sounded like that at lower speeds!
Mine was as simple as a dry cloth to wipe the gunk out of the inner shell. There was a LOT of "dust" in there..I think it may be because I sometimes use it for a few hours (at around 4000 rpm or so) just to train my muscles. (Muscle memory I think it is called..look it up in the wiki :P)

Basically it is teaching your muscles to do the movement without concentrating, this way you can use your brain power to concentrate on speeding up and such.
Trying to get really high speeds is really hard when you have to constantly adjust your spin and angle.

Once again I am extremely impressed with the level of help and the willingness to replace parts by the Powerball.com team!

    Well done guys.

    Tyson
