Default a problem with the techno ball or?

im having trouble scoring over 9.8k... my friend which is much stronger then me had max of 11.9k i think he can do about 13k with no effort... im thinking somthing is wrong with my pb... im not sure what to do about it i thought of testing it at some ways, like pushing the ball when it rests up will not slide up, it got some bumps till it get up, somthing about 1 or 2..
when i spin it at my weak right hand it starts to buzz out and i think it affects it also, the wierd thing is when i spin it on my left hand to the same direction it wont even squeal, 3rd thing i encountered is after the 2nd or 3rd time i dropped the ball it started to make pounding noises even though i spin it clearly. i thought those things may affect the peformence of the ball, if it is please give me tips how to fix this problem..
(or i just suck and too young for this stuff. XD)

are you kidding? you dropped the ball 2 or 3 times? How can this happen

Anyway, if you are serious then yes the rotor of the ball is most likely completely wrecked now from those impacts. Does the rotor vibrate at all? If so and the clunking doesn't dissapear with use then I'm afraid the only thing you can do is ask for a replacement. However, keep in mind that it is not uncommon for people to score a lot lower than they expect even if they are very strong. Its all in the technique and without a lot of practice not even the strongest people will get high scores immediately.

Hope you manage to sort your problem out, and hopefully you will order a wrist band to stop the ball jumping out of your hands again.

ive opened the ball out but i havnt find a screwdriver to open the lil screws inside it... so as far as ive seen when i give a startup to the ball i can hear the ball clunking and it comes out only when its lil bit high rpm (over 100) of what ive seen its somthing with the magnet, when it at these very low rpm it spins among the ball with no sound, when it passes those rpms the magnet sets loose and spins just a little bit which i think is causing the sounds, i have tried to use a screwdriver to merge the magnet and that silvery thing with it but it comes loose again, if theres any way to fix it, then thank you =|
if there isnt, i think ill keep using it till ill break it up and it will cut off my arm XD
p.s... having replacement parts is kinda problem, cuz rpm sports as far as i know doesnt have any branch near my country, my country ships the balls from other places, so the balls cost much at my place thats why im lil bit nervous about it
and about the rotor.... if it vibrates im supposed to see the leds like the blue one jumping up and down that badly or just feel it vibrates?... because i dont think it vibrates that bad, just like the first time i used it. if so i guess its somthing with the magnet+somthing that got stuck into it (justve seen ur other post tho).
for the record, now i cant even pass the 8.5k... or its got seriusly bad or i need a serius rest.
and another thing... when u go over 6k and setting off to see youre score, does the ball get a sound of the ball getting rubbed with the plastic inside?... i think its normal but if it doesnt suppose to get sound at all then my problem is extreamly serius XD
TMI? (too much information?) i think it will help u understand the prob XD

finished opening all the pb up, with a stupid "minus" screwdriver, (imagine the horror... ) and theres nothing inside of it, ive dusted it up and shaked it up a lil bit to ensure nothing is stuck inside of it, so i guess the problem is at the support ring and the magnet or that washer... i cant still figure out what but it still sux =\
damn. i put it upside down O.o.
and about the wristband, i dont need it. i need a glove tho ;D

i think ive damaged the support ring by trying to take it off and open the screws in it =\... theres a little square (i think glass) diskette that is holded in each of any two sides of those metallic poles =|.
on the first side (which isnt the magnet) theres one that isnt very wielded to the bump on that pole... and on the other side that with the magnet theres one with an extra mini rubber circle on it which i havnt found out what comes in first after i diassemble it... on the reassamble i put the rubber first to the magnet and then the square disc... that was found out to be the most reasonable thing to do... i thought maybe that also could be the problem that those parts are not wielded up tight enough and might cause those "bumps" when i spin the pb up...

spotted the problem... the washer and magnet dont work well together..
for some reason they kinda hit those plastic bearers that catch the electronic panel... im trying to find a way to stop it... when i instaleld the magnet and the washer upside down it did less noises but when u turn it down toward the rotor it will make more noise then before... (the washer hit the panel...) im trying to find ways out but anything wont work.. i thought running it without magnet but it will cause even more noise for the rotor being loose inside the support ring.. help me im hopeless ...
by pulling the magnet out or some tries before ive wrecked (i guess) the support ring's appearence and now the magnet with the washer are bended to the left while looking at them up to down =\.
fixed it lil bit... now the only problem is that thing merging the magnet and the washer together on that same spot... its not straight up so when i spin the rotor the magnet spins and the washer hit the plastic of the support ring causing it to brake... feeling like a racing simulator -.-!!

dang... ive put other washer in it... it goes fine but still there are those annoying sounds as before... and also ive lost the mini rubber circle that lies with the square disk at the side of the magnet... now it gets sounds of an electric shocker with sounds of spins and hits like as before... if they will be able to ship spare part i would be happy =\ thats my last way out
as far as i know, i should be needing-1)support band, 2)the rubber mini "washer" that sticks in with the square washer that ive called it square disk ;D 3)if the support band will come with magnet and washer, it will make me happy (i scrapped a lil bit my magnet with sandpaper, dont ask me why i do those dumb stuff. ) =|
if youre able to contact me through my icq it will be alot better, thanks

    Hello!

Don't panic! You have provided a lot of information there

Ok so you heard weird noises coming from your powerball? Then you thought something was wrong with your Techno. So you took the ball apart and cleaned it a little and put it back together again, this didn't work, so you took the ball apart again but this time took off the support band and washers. You forgot which order the washers go in and you accidentally put too many in. After you realized you corrected the washers placement and took the magnet off, in the process bending the support band, and now your left with pieces?

Which country did you say you lived?

You most probably need to re-assemble your magnet+support band+washers in the correct order. (1 Square+1 Round washer goes on one side and 1 Square washer goes on the other side). See if this works - remember small vibrations are just from friction along the inner track or the spheres not a cracked rotor).

If this doesn't work then you probably need to order a new rotor (assuming your one is cracked and is making strong vibrations) + support band and washers.

Enda will have to tell you if he can ship to the country you are occupying.

    Hope this proves helpful

    Pete.

    Pete.
well actually there's 2 square washers for each side of the support band...
i belive only the support band is corrupted because when i spin the ball without the magnet and the washers in it it wont do any funky noises... ive got the ball to high rpm's without the magnet and washers and it was fine... just the noise of the plastic getting rubbled inside because theres nothing to stop the ball from hitting the band... anyways i live in israel, and if theres anyway to ship it ill be greatful.
uve lightened me up alot pete ;D thx
btw the ball still works, but as i mentioned before its about 19x harder to get it (after my 'reassemble") to 8.5k i feel i get for about 9.4k on that speed and it shows me 8.5k which bums me up.. the ball is way more roughened and i think ive actually broken my left thumb.. i feel like a needle when spinning it on my left hand
now i can just wait till one of the admins will contact me =\
    ----------------->edited from here
and actually it went like this - heared noises, opened pb, cleaned up, close down, opened again, took off support band, opened the screwes of the inside of the pb to check for remains, closed the screwes, tried to take off magnet, too much power used so that "chinese hat" bended up lil bit, tried to bend it down by placing the end of that plastic thingy on my desk and pushed down with my fingers, placed the magnet then i realized it lost it proportions... the magnet and the circ washer were on the side like this / (XD) then i lost the mini circle rubber washer that supposed to sit in with the square washer inside that placing among with the magnet and the circ washer, so now i will hear additional "buzzes" among with the hits , then i lost the screwes of the sphere so i searched for about hour , i found the first one on the floor for the first 5 mins then for the rest of it i kept raving over my room to find it when it was actually, under my a** lies on the chair :X, then i put everything together in hope that i wont open it again for having it break up even more, two days ago ive played my bro pc (this pc) and it suddendly crashed and restarted... so ive started it up again, Boom-Bios crash, then i took the motherboard disc in order to recover it, yes, another BOOM... big one... the 250gb SATA hard drive wont load up and hes stuck now with 80gb IDE drive... with all of his precious stuff stuck on the other drive which works on his friends pc... i wreck anything i touch at.
    in other words..a catastrophe =|
-------------------<to here by 3 minutes XD
i try editing my post as far as possible so i wont flood over the forum with my posts... i feel kinda jerk for doing that ;D, i hate flooding.
