I've just got a powerball, as I'm hoping it will help with my wrist (I broke it last year and it still hurts).

I think I have managed to get my powerball up to 7000, but could be wrong as I have found the directions confusing. The setting I got the score of 7000 on is the highest rpm setting. Is this the correct one?
