Thread: Clear circular washer

    Default Clear circular washer

As the search function doesnt work and I cant find the answer, when you take apart the pb and put it back does the circular washer go first on the one side rotor pin or does the square go first on the pin then the circular one. I know it goes on the magnet or metal side but not sure if it goes first or second. Thanks... Also 2 week old pb is vibrating over 11,000 after clean and can barely break 12,000 now with it when I hit 13,201 with it when it was new. I emailed them and awaiting response from that though. Have fun powerballing... Pax

Funny, I asked that same question awhile back. The round washer goes towards the rotor.

Are there suppose to be a circular washer on both ends or just the magnet side? Also does it make it any quicker putting them on both sides or slower? Does anyone in the U.S know locally where to get those washers or are the proprietary? Thanks all and have fun powerballing....

No the circular washer is only meant to be on one side, the side with the magnet/counterweight, and as far as making it go faster, I don't know really, although I very much doubt it would make much difference. I could try this sometime but I don't think it would be worth the hassle

If you need replacement washers, I am sure RPM sports will be happy to send you out a couple spares, just send them an email and they will help you out.

ive tried running the pb without washers only magnet and the circ washer... it was almost (or even) impossible to run it out... it exhaust 5 times faster then with the washers on it.. btw, a cool thing in the pb tech that i noticed that if u take the magnet off the leds wont light up. XD!
btw.. it took me time to understand what is that washer... because in hebrew theres another name to it... in hebrew it's called shaiyba... like yugi-oh's "kaiba" but only with "sh" so the circ washer is shaiyba and the square washer is... erm... just a square glassy thing with hole in it..
i know, a square doughnut XD
