Signature Series Problem

I've had my signature series powerball for a week now
and when it started making clicking sounds i checked all surfaces everything seems fine.

ive checked all other areas for damage and it aint the problem

it seems that my magnet and washes move around (spin) and rub when im spinning it and they dont half slow it down to a stop much quicker then when i first had it

is the magnet and washer meant to be loose? because they keep catching

I would like this answer as well because my new 1 day old Signature is slowing down almost instantely once I get it going...

the magnet should be kind of loose, bu ti dont think the washers should spin.

Took it apart and the 1 circular washer was deteriorated and the square one had a bulge on the one side. Replaced them with my other PB and works fine... Going bad on the first day of ownership doesnt sound too good. Requested more washers so I can keep some on hand when this happens again, if it does...
