Hello everyone, i have a question about the guarantee thing.
I understand that if i buy a powerball from this site, i should get the life time guarantee. But, what happends if when i enter to the shopping icon, it redirects me to another powerball page?
If i buy a Powerball from this new page, should i be getting the same life time guarantee service?
am a little confused about it, because when i asked a few days ago for a replacement for my neon green powerball, i received a mail asking to please send (again) my powerball to you guys. Why is this?.
