Hi mitchell101. I'm not too sure about the payment issue, i didnt buy my powerball so i dont know what needs to be done there. Im sure there are plenty of people who can help you out there though!
As for the broken bones thing, it's my understanding that Powerballs are often used for the recovery of broken bones at low revs. My chiropractor/physio sometimes gets his patients to use them when they are recovering from surgery or broken bones. Also, my friend recently broke his collarbone and his physio recommended a powerball for his recovery. (Not the same physio but they work out of the same surgery, probably not conincidence

) So i would imagine that a powerball would probably be good for the recovery of your hand, but maybe not at really high revs until you're 100% sure it's fully recovered.
