    Default Thanks Man

    Thanks man.

Today I was just going for endurance, with the odd speed run, but tomorrow I am gonna go for pure speed (if you can call 9000rpm speed) so I should have a higher score

You may think like 10k is a mile away, then one day you'll see 10k easy peasy, then slowly 11k is easy and then where i am, where 12k is easy

    Akis finds 15k relatively easy

Yer I hope you're right Gilpi, because my mate has just reached 10,317, and I don't want him ahead of me for too long.

Good work. Keep going. I'm still on recovery. Really need to work on the grip on my right hand. That's the problem at the moment. Can't hold it any higher than the mid 9's. Starts to slip. Left hand has great grip but a rubbish wrist.

Loads of work to do. I may be some time..........

Yer I have the same problem, because I have tiny hands, my grip is rubbish, but I have a wrist strap attached so I don't really worry about it slippin, becuase it won't doo any harm.

I think I can actually go faster on my old powerball. The computer adds a bit to the size and affects my grip. I can spin it upside down in my left hand with my strong finger grip but with my right hand I have to hold it into my palm alot more and end up rubbing against the rotor.

I'm not going to rush it though so don't you either. Don't push yourself too hard just to race me or your friend. Rest is one of the most important parts of any exercise regime. I'm going to be labouring again this weekend so I don't expect any real progress soon. Quite an effort for an office wimp like me all this drilling, sanding and painting.

I've not doubt you'll hit some high scores but just take it in your stride. Need to progress alongside your body not ahead of it.

    All the best.
