Hey, we can't break records every day.

But non-dominant hand progress is still a good result.

Nice work. It's not a bad idea to focus near 50% effort on your non-dominant hand, you'll be glad you did.

We mean it's good to keep working your non-dominant hand.

I'm assuming by your scores that you, like most, are right handed. So your right hand is your dominant hand.

Your left, or non-dominant hand, is typically not as strong as your right hand or at least not as coordinated.

So, it's good that you are working on your left hand also as this will help improve your 90s endurance scores when you alternate between your hands.

Also, if you do have 2 Powerballs, it is good to have a practiced non-dominant hand as this will improve your scores.

In fact, I have found that doing dual runs has improved the speed and coordination of my left (non-dominant) hand and my LH scores have improved considerably since.

Interesting, One-eye. I'm left handed but my right arm and wrist are alot stronger so is my right still the dominant hand? Has to be said that my left still has much better grip from being left handed.

If you're left handed, then that is your dominant hand.

But it's still a generalisation to state that the dominant hand is typically stronger and more coordinated.

Right handed powerballers have sometimes found that their left hand is actually quicker than their right hand, but their right still remains stronger and better at endurance.

The opposite can also be true for left handed powerballers.

I think it's probably fairer to say that the non-dominant hand just lacking the coordination of the dominant hand at first and needs a bit of practice to bring it on to a similar level.

Those are a real pain to have. I cannot remember the last time I had a blister. I am groing some very thick skin on certain parts of my fingers an palm, though. Especially on the inside of my thumb, where I used to get blisters.

    Default ok

    Hi,

Okay day today. Pretty happy about a top score today of 10242 on right and kept getting over 10k.
Not got very high on my Left, highest of 82**.

My blister has gone, the area is just sore now.
