    I'm sure you'll crack it during your next session.

    Don't forget to have a go at the 30s & 90s endurance modes.

    These can help you to warm up and train your muscles into what they should be doing.

    Also, don't forget to let your muscles rest sufficiently to recover properly for the next big push.

    Arran Kenny,

    It sounds like you are getting the hang of it based upon your quick improvements. I think even 10k or even 11k is probable in a week's time.

    In the beginning, once you are accustomed to the motion of the Powerball, you start to develop a technique that is all your own. You then naturally get good at it with practice, and the records start falling rather quickly.

    Find some good videos of someone doing 12k or 13k. Watch their technique, learn the rythym of their movement along with the sound of the Powerball, then secure a good grip and give a real go. You might be surprised by what happens next.
