Great product

Just received my Powerball 250Hz today and am very pleased with it. The sound is very nice and quite and it spins smoothly. The weight is nice as well. Guess I'll have to start thinking about getting a Metal one as well.

I have a couple other gyros, not from RPM Sports and this one puts them to shame! Thanks for a great product and fast shipping to the U.S. as well.

Thanks all for the welcome! I just got a score of 10483 on the 250Hz ball. That's interesting since I was only in the 9,000's on my old one. Basically, I'm older (50), overweight and sit at the computer all day and night. My goal is to simply build indurance in my arms. Using the Powerballs is great since I can do it anytime and better yet I actually DO IT, can't say that for all the other excercise I should be getting.

My suggestion... Scan the forums for tips on excercise methods and routines, some of the more senior players have made some excellent contributions in this regard - especially to build endurance in your arms.
