    Default Wrist Problems

So I got my powerball yesterday.. and I used it quite a bit. Probably... 2 hours. Anyway, I did most of the powerballing with my right hand and some with my left. When i woke up this morning, my left wrist was shot. it was completely soar and stiff, and it has a sharp pain whenever i move it too far in 1 direction. It's very depressing. Good news my first day RPM is over 11500.

Dont worry , it will heal. Just rest for a couple of days. In time you will get a feel for how much your arms can take.

I just picked up the power ball and without thinking, switched it to my left hand.. and surprisingly it didn't hurt. I kept doing it for about 3 mins with left hand.. and my wrist didn't hurt at all. After i stopped, I noticed the pain in my wrist had diminished greatly. Strange.

often active resting can help healing faster, or warming up can decrease pains because of increased blod flow in the problematic resion(s). that usually means less pain. Just dont overdo your exercising Even if its addictive. You will get more used to the strain in time, listen to your body. Pain doesnt absolutely equal injury, so u could do exercise with some pain. Just stay alert to avoid any real injuries.

Good points. The best remedy is probably to put the thing down for a couple of days and to do some strecthing exercises with both your wrists. This assist in the recovery process. But if you cannot put it down, don't spin more than 10 minutes at a time, both hands, and don't take it faster than about 4000 rpm.

Get your arms, both of them, used to the spinning motions and the forces exerted by the PBall. Don't try and go for those high scores from the first minute.

    Good luck!
