calm down jammy.... no need to get all stressy, just thought id post my thoughts in my thread, that such a crime ??? Considering i have goals, i really want to achieve them, and more importantly catch up pete who is a month ahead of meaah, at least joe, james and the rest cant catch us quick....

Theres a difference from hitting low 13K and high 12K to middle 13K and onwards. It's really you need a new burst of speed coming from somewhere, try and sync both arms with it and move with the ball. You won't get anywhere with a stationary run. So you just have to add that extra bit of push, drive you insert into the powerball and really get the rhythm. I was stuck behind 13.1K for a month and i soon realized it was easily achievable with just a bit 'pulse' and syncing the body with the ball to get much higher.![]()
