Hey Pete, way to go man! Those kind of scores are the perfect stepping stone back up to chasing 15k again - best of luck over this two week break. Well if this motivates you at all, my scores recently have been just a notch or two above what you've got there. But you'll no doubt surpass me in no time.

It has been a long time since i've had a proper session!

I did manage one today, only quick though and come out with decent scores. I'm realising the potential of my left hand now as my right doesn't want to go any further. I managed 14309 with right hand and 13555 with the left. Lets hope i can get my lh to the same standard as my right.

That's about the reverse of what I did on my last session. We should try and organise some hand loan program

I can't remember the last time my left was as good as my right on speed.

In fact that's a lie...I can remember - November 2005 I scored 13579 LH and set a new record for myself. Once I changed direction my left has never been close. I really should work it some more.

Well I picked the balls up for the first time in years and managed a few decent scores!! I was surpised when i got my speed over 14k! then even more so when i got my metal score at 11982! I didn't think having a long rest did that badly for me!

Woo hoo about time. I remember when I started two years ago, I was motivated by that upstart 14 year old who I couldn't beleive was beating me, I finally overtook you then your kicked my butt again, now it's your turn again. Onward to 15k

Once the basic technique is there is doesn't really disappear. I think I could leave a ball literally for years and still hit 14.3k+. It's improvements which are hard to come by these days. Comp soon though...haven't seen you in there for ages Pete.

Just picked up my balls for a little spin. Was somewhat shocked by spinning a 13880 cold. Which means if you go by the +1k with the warm up I'd be looking at record breaking scores for me!

But shame I had to dash because after a 90s run I got two low 14k scores. I'm certain with a bit of practice I can start challenging 15k.... hopefully anyway.

Nice going, the rest has obviously done you good. I also find that now I've made it to high 13ks cold and usually high 14ks warmed up, I can not touch a Powerball for months and then do pretty much the same scores at will. Just wonder what I could do if I got back into serious training...
