The 90s.... I like it!!! You're very consistent for the majority of the run. Nice one man.

    Hi Tstering

Just finally managed to get back on-line after moving to Dorset and being in the country and l have missed so much since not being able to get broadband access. Great scores on the Ed 90's cracking run and with one hand only, that is pretty impressive. Great to see that you have hit the 15K mark a few times to it can get frustrating when you have not hit certain scores for some time, especially when you know you are capable of them.

Keep spinning and watch the injuries!!! would be great to catch up with you and Pako some time on the online forum.

    Keep spinning

Glad your move went well, hope you and Donna are keeping well. Hopefulyl chat to you soon.

Well 23 days without 15K now, my speed runs went as follows:

    13720, 14000, 14037, 14119, 14214, 14224, 14255, 14263, 14342, 14421, 14455, 14458, 14461, 14580, 14706, 14714, 14808, 14895, 14984.

So very close to 15K once more

I did though break a record that Adrean1in would approve of.

I broke my 90s Gripper record. My best before was just under 18K. Tonight I got 18315 SO very happy with that. Video link to come shortly.

Whew, impressive gripper score!! And the speed runs werent terribly bad... 300rpm short of a record is good for me.

Just watched the video. You really gave that one 100%!! And only 2 hand switches? Theoretically a run with 30s RH, 30s LH, 30s RH would be very good. It just never seems to work for me though.

Your much like me lefty lets you down ALOT.

I really need to get some motivation to train my weaker hand, especially for my endurance runs...it's a real bummer haven't a big difference in scores. And nice score btw! Looked like you were working hard.
