Well another session and my speed was very bad. I tpped out at 14917, though I got these 6 scores in a row : 14904, 14913, 14917, 14911, 14904, 14907. I just couldn't get any faster, felt like the ball wouldn't accelerate, but think it was just my muscles weren't firing.

So instead I switched to the things I dont normally concentrate on.

First broke my LH 90s Grip record by 1 rev lol upto 15400
Then broke my LH speed record by 10rpm up to 13343
Finally broke my 90s BH Grip record by over 100rpm and scored 17989, agonisingly close to the 18K barrier.

So although RH speed was bad still not a bad session. I tried to break my dual record aswell but just couldn't quite do it, though got close twice.

Another session! Wow you are really training at the moment. I think speed scores will be good after a rest but not after another session the day(s) before.

But congrats on the endurance record. I think alot of us powerballers neglect our endurance runs so its always nice to see an improvement there.

Good old Pako. I'd finished my session and then Pako popped on Gyrotek chat and encouraged me to do some metal LH runs. My previous best was high 10K scores. Well by the time I'd finished I'd scored 11866, quite incredible really. So thats 4 records broken.

Good session Tstering, though i think it would have been much better if you rested abit Congratulations on your 4 records ( ) you've beaten today
Oh, and by the way there's a tiny mistake in the 2nd line of your signature, if i'm not mistaken(250Hz) ;-)
