I think what gave it away to me was there was no 'Get in there!!!!' from James, although like you Adrena1in l had no reason to query the score, mind you sitting down and getting that score would have been flippin impressive!!!

I was bored at the end of last night so did it for fun.

Hopefully with a working metal i can smash my old record, but who knows, i still have problems with grip all the time.

I won't say how i did this, because i don't want anyone to start submitting false results to the scoreboards just so they can get as high up as possible.

I obviously know you wouldn't and nor would most/all the people here. I can guarantee you though a lot of people read these forums who are not registered but submit scores.

BTW, we had a convo about cheating at metal in another thread.

Nett result was that nobody was gonna get away with doing it on decent scores because of needing video with sound to back up submission which can be analyzed to corroborate the score.

A long time ago I tried something, (a modification to a Powerball), and at the time my record was 14214. With the mod I straight away hit 14400 exactly! Removed the mod and my next score was 13.9k. (No kidding, I could perhaps hit 15k with the mod now!)

I only told two people, (plus Rory and Enda), what I'd done, because I didn't want others trying it. So yes, don't say what you did James, but well done, it did fool me. I'll have to be extra careful when approving scores now!

It's ok Tim, i won't tell anyone what i did, even via PM (sorry Skyler and One-eye). Not because i don't trust anybody here, but the safest way is to not tell ANYONE.

The thing with this cheat is i'm sure an analysis should back up the score (though not actually done a graph to check), so don't want to explain it as it may easily fool the admins.
