Signature series

[Monolith]

I was wondering about signature series and I have two questions:
1.Is there any diference between it and a neon pro besides the color of the leds,rotor,casing etc?
2.Is there any way to get it in romania?

theres no differece between the neons and the siggy...ofcourse the colors are different, but nothing else ^^
