I am usually moving left-right from one leg to another during endurance grip.
And I see you have quite fast legs. Probable you can run 100m near 11-11.5 sec, doesn't it?
Yeah, don't we all look so funny trying to make
    records.

I do a bit of running and trampoline but I don't run track, it would be interesting to see how fast I could run though. Once I carried a gps with me sprinting on the road and I got it to read over 20mph twice but I don't know how accurate that was.

Over 20 mph it's near 32-33 kmh, and yes - with such speed you will run 100m for ~12 sec, and probable it will be ~11,5 on the track. If you don't run professional, it is very serious result for your age!
And do you have a clock with gps navigator?

Hmm no, I have nothing quite that advanced. It would be fun to compete in 100meter but I'm probably not very good at it since I don't regularly train sprint. I run mainly for the cardio benefits so I do 2-4 miles at a good pace.

So you thought I was goofy before, wait 'til you get a load of my new technique! I sprained my foot two days ago and I'm unable to do my technique so I made a little change.... videos to come tomorrow.

Made a score of 14906 this afternoon, I'm very excited! One 14.8k and many 14.7ks! Not to mention a few 14.8-15k runs that didn't register, will run the graphs tomorrow....

That's quite quick. I've never been a sprinter, and the best I could manage was about 16mph a couple of years ago. Probably even slower now!

Well I don't know about that mph reading, it may have been inaccurate. At any rate I won't be running again any time soon since I twisted my ankle two days ago. The ankle is fine but I sprained the foot.

Anyway here is the video from yesterday, try not to laugh too hard.

I broke all tradition and had a session this morning with the guys on the live comp and the scores turned out really good. One 14.7k and a 14.8k run! Endurance is nonexistent on my new rotor, the "speed ball", because it gets slippy after extended spinning. My other ball is actually cracked now, so its hopeless to attempt records with it.

For scores greater then 14K is there any specific type of bed needed? or any type will do?
well i guess that the big scores dont come from the jumping but from your hand. how much can you get while sitting?

Nice technique Stephen, but I prefer your Manakin Bird impression best...only just watched your 30s run and it had me laughing out loud.
