I would definitely say the firmer the better.

I have videos of me losing balance and falling flat on my face, another time my knee slips off and my butt lands on the floor.

When I saw the thread about the scoreboards being split Gripper/Ed-tech I thought I might as well get the little glory I can now.

You guys know what my gripper scores are.

I won't neglect gripper, in fact I'm focusing on it.

well it does the job. i will lie if i will say i didnt jump like crazy in the last two days to try and break my record.

Yeah Ben I hope to get 19k gripper but right now I don't have a good endurance ball. Everything that last ball went through has left it vibrating a little and is sure to go downhill fast if I keep using it.

Quick update, had a not very good session earlier on in the week and I've taken the remainder of the week off except for powerballing lightly. Am hoping to have a session tonight or tomorrow.
