    Default Is this normal?

Hi all. Getting on really well with ball now. Trouble is I'm spending more time doing power runs with my right hand and not rehaibiliting my left (the broken one). Lol!

I has however starting making this noise. Bit like a grinding. Only does it sometimes and after I've been using it a while. You can hear it on this vid especially right at the end.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers guys.

Yep, perfectly normal. I don't know the physics on this one, Adrena1in is the best guy to get an answer from here.

Nothing unusual really, just the sound of a non-brand new Powerball, that's all. Watch and listen to some of the Top 100 videos and you'll see they're all the same really.

The rotor axle rolls along the inner tracks of the Powerball. When it's brand new these tracks are smooth and quiet, but they lack the necessary friction for ultra-speed. As they wear down a bit they get noisy, like something's grinding, but this allows the rotor axle to bite more and you'll be able to achieve more speed.
