We have been up to date with all requests of late, though I do notice as Tim said that a lot of the mails we send to hotmail is now blocked - Microsoft introduced a lot of new SPAM mesaures to hotmail and MSN late last year which included a significant new offering for email verification.
I can only assume that they have been 'tweaking' it recently which has resulted in this issue with emails over the past few weeks.
Loler contacted me last week about his parts and we again send an email to him, but his parts definately went out as is the case with yours.
Lorraine has confirmed to me that you sent a couple of emails last night so we will again look after the new parts and ensure that these go out again today.
Sorry for the trouble with this Adam - hopefully the replacements will arrive around the middle of next week.
