Whats going on RPM sports ???
Normally the RPM sports customer service is by far the best around. But recently ( 3 weeks ago now ) i ordered parts for broken red neon and waited patiently, no news even now. Loler also asked for some parts i believe, and he didnt get a reply back for ages, and now if it couldnt get any worse my amber has just produced 4 lovely new cracks down each fin. I recieved parts ages ago for amber ( support band with no metal/magnet piece ?!?!? im 15, how do i know how to change it across from another support band, i'll end up braking it ) So i would just like to know whats happened all of a sudden and why i have had no reply or parts for 3 weeks... and can you send the full setup please ( for both amber and neon red ) as im not brilliant at engineering/design techno. Thanks for the support when i get it, GILPI.

Maybe some people there were NOT there
(holidays or so...)
-
All of them on holiday for 3 weeks? and plus my Friend ordered his Neon Blue powerball on saturday and recieved his yesterday ( wednesday ) unless rpm sports are giving me the silent treatment ? i just want to get my pb's up and running again.
-
I have also sent two emails requesting parts about 2 weeks ago, no reply from them for me either.
-
Also another reason why i'm ticked off besides my friends pb arriving, is that Pete's parts arrived quite nicely, lucky boy
for one person but not all the rest?
-
I find this quite weird guys, ive sent RPM quite a few emails lately both for requesting replacement parts and just asking general questions and I have always gotten a reply back within a day or two at the most.
So I dunno whats going on here.

What's your email domain Adam? Because Hotmail is notorious for SPAM, and I find when I try to email Hotmail from Scoreadmin it gets blocked about 100% of the time. Messages on here, or, better, PMs to Enda and Rory, are probably the best way to go. I know they're busy and don't spend a hundredth of the amount of time on here that I do, but I'll drop them an email tomorrow from my work address.

My friend just got his replacement rotor today that he ordered not too long ago. And they replied to me saying they sent mine out.

I have no problem with the service from RPM Sports themselves.
And I have received replacement parts and new Powerballs within the time frame specified by their business mail service.
However, I have been waiting for a replacement rotor for a siggy for some time now.
Not because RPM Sports haven't been keeping their end up, but because the package seems to be lost in the postal system somewhere.
I have been communicating with RPM Sports about my initial problem with the rotor, plus the secondary problem of not having received the replacement rotor over 2 weeks after they dispatched it.
I can only speak from my own experiences, and in my experience I have received an answer to emails within a couple of days at the latest.
Still waiting to see if my rotor comes in today's post, RPM Sports have said they will dispatch another rotor if the first one hasn't arrived today.
I still give a big thumbs up to RPM Sports for their customer service.
