Hi! I have a nice pb neon blue pro about a couple of months...but suddenly it began to vibrate a lot. I spoke with a friend who has a powerball and he said to me that the rotor was cracked and he suggested to me to enter to this forum.

What i must do?

Shin,

Have you opened the ball yet to inspect the rotor? If you have not opened it yet, check on the website and it will tell you how to do it. Then first check if the rotor fins are cracked or damaged in any way - visual inspection.
