    Default Endurance, not speed

After a few disappointing sessions of powerballing, only reaching 13.6-13.7k, i thought i might have a go at endurance, see what i could do. I had already tried endurance previously, but just as a warm up or a muck about, so i decided to take a proper go at it.

First off i tried out out the 30s - and got 6366 first time round, then 6347 a few minutes after.

Then i tried the 90s, i only did one of these, and i got 17379.

Maybe i'm more suited to endurance, what do you guys think?

Do some of each, they can complement each other.

But it does seem like you have a good deal of natural ability at endurance

Perhaps you're like me, better at endurance, but for me it depends on the day. Sometimes my speed scores will be about or over 100% and my endurance scores will be low. Other times it's the opposite.

Great scores though, I hope you video'd your 90s run and are going to submit it.

I seem to make better progress on endureance, but I am too new at this to know where my talents are better suited. One thing to keep in mind though, when sprinting athletes hit a wall at a certain time, they often get away from sprinting all together and focus on longer distances in training, for a while at least. It gives the short muscle fibres a chance to really recover properly over a longer period. Then they nail the prints again and often see an improvement in their sprint times. Should work the same here.

So to put in context, if you hit a wall you should move on to endurance runs more and then when you feel your ready for the speed run it should come out much faster then the previous

As per usual, i didnt video it - i dont have a video camera.

Would webcams work for taking videos? Because im getting a bit frustrated getting scores that will position me nicely and not being able to submit them!

I need a video of my speed run, the 90s AND the dual run - which i am already in (score is poor though) - and i have improved since then (see sig)

Webcam should work for taking videos.

Did you get any software with it?

If not, what make/model webcam is it? You might be able to download updated drivers and spftware for it from the manufacturer's website.
