    Hi Guys

    Going to have to miss comp but may pop in and see what is going on later. Went for a cycle today and then thought l would do some powerballing afterwards. Had a good session with a nice hot mode series;

    15101, 15274, 15731, 15696, 15802, 15746, 15765

    Really really happy as l am becoming more consistent at those 15800s.

    I was talking to a number of you at the last comp about core stability and the use of a SWISS ball to develop stomach muscles and general core strength. Well l thought it would be quite interesting to powerball on one whilst kneeling as to demonstrate the importance of core stability, the second score above 15274 was done whilst kneeling, l will try and get video on you Tube.

    Core stability in my eyes is fundemental.

    Keep spinning all and good luck tonight if you are competing.

    I don't understand exactly because of my poor english, do you mean we have to block a part of the body during a run or to workout all part of the body?

    I think what l am trying to say is that although a lot of force is generated through the arm and shoulder the main force comes from pulsing whilst fixing/blocking everything else these include the core muscles, sorry not a very good explanation,

    see video link and you will get the idea;

    Amazing video. Core strength is something I really need to work on.I shake around like I'm getting an electric shock, all that wasted energy
    ROFL just tried this. As soon as I can stay balanced I'll pick up a powerball . Aahh! An hour of SWISS metal

    Hey Jez,
    I am impressed. You made 15274 on a ball . I feel like a complete looser

    So you show that without a good leg blocking, you go slower?

    Wow Jez, that was nicely done. I'm not sure I fully understand how this demonstration fits into the point you're trying to make though.

    EDIT: Nevermind, I reread it and now I understand.

    Great 15.8k session by the way!
