    Cheers Installed

Problem with my 90s score was not the video, it was deemed that my technique on hand changeovers was burst technique (not intentional) it is just that when the ball is spinning really quickly and the grip is loose on changing hands the ball only spins around one axis, anything like this is E tech!

Oh well never mind will have to just keep pushing ahead to get those really high scores!

Cheers for the support and comments

Default The way ahead, mix and match !

    Hi Fellow Ballers

    Well another night pluggin away at that 16K it is there but l think it will take a little bit longer. Had a good session with the following;

    speed 15560
    metal 13233
    screamer 15204

But had a break through so to speak in the 90s. I have changed my training session a little bit in the fact that whether l like it or not Burst technique is not a bad training method when used in conjunction with gripper. Whilst l dont have the strength to go 90's flat out by mixing and matching l have managed to reduce my changes to only 3/4 which means speed is kept and my endurance to spin quickly is increasing. Really happy two records tonight in 90s although at the moment they are classed as 'E' technique. Hopefully couple of weeks l can really break that 19K mark as a gripper!

19011 K followed by 19160 Mix and Match!!!!

Come on mate, if you can score nearly 1000 more than me with the Plastic, then I'm sure you can do the same with the Metal.

I've long felt a mix and match will ultimately be the score to beat.

I think you maybe right, so l have checked rotor and guess what? there is a chunk missing from the rotor Going to send it back to powerball and hopefully get a new one and then we will see where we can go with that!

Not saying that this is the problem but it probably is not helping!

Come on Tim 15K is there and l know you can do it!

Nice job on the 90s score! Too bad its classified ed tech, I know those loose changeovers help quite a bit sometimes. I'd be real interested to see a video, unless of course you're gonna break 19.5k grip tech in a few days; might as well wait for that...

    Default New Record on 90s!

    Hi Fellow powerballers

    Just a quick update on my progress, that 16K still getting on my nerves but the 90s is getting better and better although still not posting as l think l can hit 20K by slowly building up and then doing gripper technique and not Burst. However need to mix and match to work my way up there. Well here was tonights series;

    19233, 19240, 19194, 19298, 19358

So really chuffed with that but need to start pushing even harder now towards the top 2!

Great reading about everybody and need to get a new ball and sort my metal rotor out to push for that 14K. Busy busy boy at moment, as started new job!, moving house! and getting married in the next three weeks where there is a powerball comp for all guests at reception, May need to get some powerballs as prizes!!!, how cool is that!!

    Well keep spinning all

Firstly very well done to the 90s records! I do believe that you can hit 20k if you build up to it and modify your technique correctly so you get the gripper status.

Congrats on getting married! And hope it all goes well moving house, get the all the guests spinning the little orb!

    Default hi all!

    Hi Fellow ballers

Just managed to get my feet back down to ground after being away for 5 weeks or so getting married and relaxing in St Lucia. Had a fantastic time just chilling out and relaxing. Problem as a result have not powerballed for ages and thought l must get back into it seeing there seems to be competition coming up, sounds like a great laugh and an opportunity to meet up.

Tim you mentioned that southampton are not running the competition so l may have to check with portsmouth! failing that a trip to Farnbrough is in order.

Any one know how many goes you can have in qualifying yet, l know Tstering has already asked but do we actually know?

Well managed to have a good night scoring over 15K several times but feel a bit rusty so will have to get practising

Oh nearly forgot busted a ball big time tonight and scared myself in the process, managed to get it on video so will post it for your enjoyment

Going to send ball back to Powerball for a new one if all is ok with Enda

Speak soon and it is good to be back balling again.

    Keep spinning all

Huge congrats on getting married and settling in!!

Good luck going for the 5K sure you will get it, 15K in your first sessions for a few weeks is very impressive. you sure haven't lost your powerballing touch.

I mite come along to watch the final at Telford because it seems I'm not old enough to participate But would be fun anyways watching you lot battle it out!

Good luck for when you go to your local store.
