Well managed a 15827 with my left hand and 15478 with my right although this this was a little sluggish. Left was good though just need to squeeze a little more and that 16K will flash.

You'll do it Jez, trust me! (And if you won't, I'll just get it out of you myself at Telford! :-)

I call it mind numbingly fast! So what is the purpose of these quick hot modes you're doing now? They seem to be yielding pretty good results.

Hi guys

Just a quick update on how things are going, little frustrating but records are few and far now unlike the great man himself

Hand a great start cold with 14998 and then straight into 15K + for sometime best score of the evening was 15696 so really happy that the scores are still coming.

Had a blast on the metal as well and shock horror a new left hand record of 13302K which is fab means left hand is getting stronger and quicker at the same time and is chasing my right hand again. Right hand score of 13368 with metal tonight.

Well good to be back spinning again after a little rest and look forward to seeing you all up at my old home town Telford.

Well, my left hand record with the metal is only 13267, so you got me there!

My performance decreased too after the latest records (I was kind of expecting it; I had been quite overdoing it lately) so I am taking it easy right now, in order to allow my system to "reboot" and then get a hard dose of training before Telford.
