Hi Fellow Ballers

Well after a good rest and tweeking my technique a little and getting a new ball, everything came together and l manged to hit a new record of 15910K

. The main difference was the technique, after watching Akis dual run everthing is technique and a smooth transition from one stage to the next. So l had a good warm up and then started to get into form. Tried a couple of endurance runs but they were rubbish l think Tims explanation of you are either in a speed mode or endurance mode is so true cos l was on fire with speed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Managed to hit new record with right hand, so yep over taken the left again. Saying that hit 15800 plus 5-6 times with both hands so really making progress now.

WOOT, go Jez. Keeping pushing. If you can get to Akis' world record be December you could be winning Â¬Â£15,000 instead of Â¬Â£5,000 at the UK championship.

Nice work Jez. It's always inspiring when you score board leaders get an improvement. Gives those flagging spirits a lift. Congrats on the wedding too.
