Complete body workout!

Hi to everyone,
My new powerball arrived yesterday after purchasing on a recommendation from a work colleague. What a great product, I had never seen them before! I can already see how this will become useful on many levels; stress-busting at work, for example. Most of its use will be fitness oriented though. As covered in other threads the powerball is very useful for warming up or warming down but also for the stretching of tired upper body muscles the day after a strenuous workout. I think my main use will be as a complete body workout whilst I am on the road. I have to travel light and do not always have access to a gym. I spent some time with this last night and can say that my normal routine, with dumbbells or a weight plate, has been completely overtaken by the powerball. Sat on a swiss ball, going through the normal routine of exercises with the powerball, I was able to target and stress every muscle group I would normally aim for. With the concentration required to keep the powerball in motion also meant I was working my core much harder than normal. I can really feel it today! Apologies for rambling on. Great product, great results, great forum!

yer this is a great forum All the info you'd ever want and theres loads of threads on muscle definition and workouts here. So what sort of scores are you getting for 1st day?

Hi Rob! Welcome to the forum!

The powerball is a great all-around piece of equipment for sure. Good exercise, stress-relief, therapy, etc. and it's also lots of fun to use. Glad to see someone else joining in to see the results for themselves.

The forum has a great group of very knowledgeable guys and gals and many are probably making new records as I type. (they sure have been lately anyway) Any questions come up, this is the place to get an answer.
