Default need help putting the thing back together :(

its my fault really, i forgot the order of the washers and then got frustrated and now i am losing the plot. i havent put it back together, i just need links (mre than 1 please) or one with images that show the order of the parts so i can put it back together.
also, can someone show me a picture/link that shows wat bits i should be chekcing to see if they are broken. i have the signatue series one. i took it apart and gently shook it and it sounds like something is in there. it isnt rattling though more like a jingle. lol sorry if i am not making this out clearly, its just hard to describe.

ok, i posted a pic of it, but i have to w8 for a mod 2 view it, apparantly, so i might as well tell u that i tried to watch the video, but all i got was sound for some reason. if its worked with others then i've probly done something on windows media, any way to save time, can someone tell me the order the washers go in, is it blue on either one, and then the circle washer goes above the blue one next to the circular magnet thing? am i making anysense?

I don't think it actually matters all that much in what order you put the washers back on but I was always under the impression that they go on like this. Starting from the counter weight/magnet side you should put on the white circular washer first and then the blue square ones on both ends. Then insert the axel ends into the support ring holes and viola! Your done

    Should be pretty simple.

ok, i cleaned the pb out and checked for ruts and bumps on the shell, i have found one which will be the source of the knocking on the powerball. i am going to try the method of 8000-10000 rpm for 60secs again and see how that gets on. but i dont think it will make a difference. my problem is that i ordered it from a different site so i am not sure how to deal with this, shal i email them and let them know the problem or email someone else??
