    Default Problems taking Neon Apart

I have run into a problem taking my powerball apart, and its not coverd in the FAQ. One of the screws in the side is "Stuck", It can turn around but doesnt come out. I tryed going anti clockwise and it spun freely, but didnt come out (I also tryed clockwise, same thing)
anyone have an answer from this
    Cheers

    Cool

for taking out the screws, your best bet is a screwdriver with a magnetic head, as it is hard to get the screws out otherwise, thats how i open my neon pro, to pop the shell, dont tap it, whack it! ( quoted by Dawn French ) with a closed fist, the softer bottom part of your palm.

I tryed a magnetic head screwdriver, still no luck. It seems that the screws thread isnt contacting the internal thread of the powerballs case (or somthing along that line).
    Im pretty stuck

Hmm, i;d suggest you mig have to send it to get fixed if a magnetic screwdriver couldn't get it out. Seems odd to me.

Mine does this, but thankfully it comes a short way out, just enough for a pair of fine nose pliers to get hold hold of the screw.

It was caused by me overtightening the screw.
Don't know my own strength, a hazard of powerballing.
