I'm sure you may be able to catch me up soon, your only about 500rpm off and with strength its about muscular endurance and you probably have way bigger arms then me

I'm sure I'll be able to match your current record before too long.

You have the advantage of youth over me in the endurance stakes so I imagine you'll be setting the bar higher by the time I'm breaking 17000 on 90s

    Keep spinning Pete

I've not done any Dual-Hand runs lately when I've been on on top-speed form. My initial posting of 25700, (12700+ and 12900+), was done when I could only just about manage those scores one hand at a time...I think the best I could do was 12.9k and 13.1k ish. Now I can do 14.2k and 13.9k I ought to be able to get nearer 27700.

Tell you what, beat my record and I'll see what I can do.

    *cough* 26986 *cough*

    Pic & Vid to follow.

Also had a pretty good night in general.

On 90s endurance I racked up 15400's single handed with each hand, but knackered myself for a both hands run so no improvement there.

Started getting into "hot mode", scoring low 14k's 250hz and 12k's 350hz no new records yet though, but had to go and eat dinner.

Let my din-dins go down a bit then did a few 30s runs with each hand to get warmed up again, then the magic started happening....

Racked up a new personal record speed run of 14335 on the 250hz.

Left hand was hot also, doing mid 13k's so went for some dual hand action.

Came storming out of the blocks with a 26252, rapidly followed by a 26717 and a 26313.

Thought I was done with dual run so had a crack at metal again. Knocked out a couple of decent low 12k runs then came a 12215.

After a couple more 12100'ish runs I dug deep and pulled a 12443 out of the bag.

Rested a little and went back to 250hz, was still knocking out low 14k's right handed and mid 13's with my left hand so had another crack at dual run.

Did a few low to mid 26k runs then finally surprised myself with a 26986 run, the most surprising thing for me was I scored 13715 with my left hand.

Still felt good so carried on doing low 14k 250hz runs and low 12k 350hz runs for bit longer till I really went off the boil.

A rather good night. Especially as I wasn't plagued by technical hiccups so I have pics and vidz of all the best runs.

    Linkys to follow.

Even though theres the physical strain of getting two 14k's there's also the mental barrier too, belief, in my case getting two 11.5k haha. i will only post a dual run when its a semi-good run.
