broken signature - no answer from support

I've been trying since the begining of last week to have a dialog with support, and i got an email last friday evening asking me to check a couple of things, which i did and responded to. I've yet to hear back from them again. I'd rather this didn't take forever to get fixed.
My rotor fins have cracks on them ( 4 fins, 1 crack on each fin, long white line that looks almost like a scratch). I only have a single green washer, and i've seen some people indicate there are 2-3 of them. If they're there, i can't find those.
My powerball makes a nasty noise, there are no loose LED's inside. THe shell doesnt appear to be damaged in any way, and the support band doesnt look like it either, but it is worn, not sure what a damaged one looks like.

Sometimes when i stop spinning, my pb will spin on a single axis ( not around the support band just the rotor spinning fast).
So there's the entire description of my problem, repairs have a bunch of emails of mine, with my address, my forum ID, a link to the video with noise.
if i can add anythign else let me know, but i would appreciate some kind of answer so that i can get my pb fixed.

i'm kind of seeing the need to have several pb's, metal and 250hz blue are next on my list.

Replacement rotor and washer set will be dispatched today to you and should be with you later this week or early next week.
I will also include the support band as it appears to require attention in this case also.
