    Default 2 new records

Atlast broke 17,000 on the 90s (17240), and then got close to the big 6,500 on 30 secs (6497).
Also got 3 speed runs of 1463* including a 14639, just 1rpm short of my record. So consistent atleast, but frustrating not to beat my score.

    Really impressive!
It must be a nice feeling being in that hot zone breaking record after record every other day.
It's also very inspiring and makes me want to push even harder in attempting to break some of my own records

It really is a great feeling. The more a break records the more I want to push myself. I play it down all the time, but if I'm honest I'm desperate to push over 15K and try and become the UK number 1 in not just speed, but all the modes. I don't know whether that will ever happen but it is my goal.

    Well done Tstering

As u may know i hit hot mode today too, smashing 2 of my records. Going over the 17k mark in 90's and 11400 in 60's. I love it when i hit "hot mode" such a great feeling when the scores are coming up. Your not far off UK #1, but there is hard competition with Jeremy being there!

Congrats on your new records, Tstering! I think if you keep it up like this, you will be breaking your speed records soon, and even taking a giant leap toward 15K. I know you can do it!

I understand the frustration you are feeling. After getting reaching my current record, I had this one day where I was sure I was going to break my own record again because I was hitting 15K+ scores about 20 times that day. Yet, despite my efforts, none of the scores past the record. The highest I got was 15200 which became my monthly score to start on gyrotek.

I think I was trying too hard that day, because I think my scores started falling off because of the pain in my thumb. I simply need to take time off and let it heal fully. It was a blister that never really fully healed after I hit my 14459 record, yet I was still able to churn out some good scores. I actually think it was the blister that caused me to get 15k because instead of stopping, I changed my grip/hold on the Powerball so that I wouldn't touch the blister directly when I was Powerballing. The new grip angle caused me to get way better scores right away.

Sometimes an injury helps your scores.

Well done on your new records! They are stepping stones to what will definitely follow.

    Always Powerballing,

That's the spirit - You have to put up some high goals to work against.
My goal is 14,5k in speed for the moment. But go ahead over 15k and I will try to catch up with you
To become the #1 Swede is maybe a challenge too hard.

    Thanks Tstering!
The inspiration of reading about your efforts made me push my self even harder and got closer to my current goal of 14.5k. I've just achieved 14,459 that will put me as #2 among Swedes
I also made a minor improvement in the 30s.

Wild Thunder, I had that exact same score (14459) on Dec 14, 2006. A coincidence!

Let's see if you can get close to the record I had after that one - 14,731.

If you can get that, you are not very far from 15K!

Let's see, my 14459 submission was on December 14, 2006, and my 14731 submission was on January 3, 2007. So it looks like about 20 days.

    Keep spinning!
