spare parts?

for broken or damaged parts there is a repair section.....which i am very glad about

but my 250 neon blue seems to hit a notch every rotation...althought it does affect my rpm a bit im not too worried.... just wanted to ask if i wanted a spare white axel thing, does the site sell them?

or does it havta be broken in order to get a replacement? and if spares are being sold, for how much?

If it's hitting a notch on every rotation then this sounds like a dent in one of the sphere-halves. Take it apart and you might notice it. You can either sand it away with a bit of low-grade sandpaper, or request a replacement sphere half.
