You customer service is amazingly astonishing, brand new powerball took 3 days to arrive, just as you stated. Then the hassle of new parts for my neon pro, you said they would arrive next monday... you lied they arrived THIS MORNING. truly amaing service, hope you get rich from this, you deserve it..... from adam ( GILPI )

yeah so far this company has THE BEST customer service i've ever seen in a company. i thought WickedLasers had good service, but RPM is totally amazing.
I have two powerballs, i carry both around with me almost all the time (sometimes i only have one), i powerball everywhere at 11k+ speeds, and i let all my friends use them to try to convince them to buy them... so my powerballs get broken A LOT. i'm talking about like once a week something goes wrong with them, and they have shipped me the parts every time!!!
at first I was skeptical about this "lifetime warranty on everything" but they haven't questioned a single request I've made!! all I had to do was send back my counter so they could diagnose the problem.
but its not like they're loosing money from the repairs either, just because of the great service i already have two, and a metal and a screamer are next, and i've referred over 20 purchases, including one complete pack.

I received the e-mail that my parts where being dispatched from Ireland to UK
At about 2pm Tuesday 6th.
Parts arrived Thursday 8th at 10am.
I make that 32 hours delivery. All this for FREE and even if i ordered something and payed for the postage it would never even be near 36 hours. All this adding to the fact that it was heavily snowing all throughout the UK and the roads where really icy.
I can't thank you enough, I've just fitted the new parts and i couldn't even hear my powerballs when i started them I hope that everyone who was in a situation like me benefit from the substantial efficiency of the repairs team. Once again THANK YOU, hopefully i can now focus on my high scores
