Default Over the Moon - Left Hand hits 15K

Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone as not many people around here can appreciate what l have just managed to do. Some off you will know that my technique has changed several times from right to left and then back again and now l have just managed to hit 15K with my left hand which l still find crazy as l know how hard it was to break 15K with my right.

So just wanted to say never count out your left hand even though you may think it is no where near as good, what you may not realise it is far more trainable than your dominant hand, so those tiny wrist movements may be easier to achieve and therefore those higher speeds.

Two hands are better than one!! so keep spinning........

    Hey Jez!

Well done! What was your left hand score, by the way? Maybe you'll want to work on your dual-handed score to see if you can get both hands over 15K.

    Keep spinning!

    Always Powerballing,

WOW, thats amazing Jez. You and Akis are the only people to have done this as far as I'm aware, or can Bjorn do this too?

    Duane

Thanks for the comments, got so excited l forgot about the score !!! 15003 K so only just creeped it!!! Hopefully dual hand will get better but it is like the metal just a completely different technique and the fact that the strain is twice as much!!!

Thanks for the motivation anyway to get over 15K friendly competition is always healthy!!

    Great job Jez,

Did you get it on video? If so, did you do a proper celebration this time? You're obviously a natural powerballer! keep going until you find your absolute limit, and then push out another 1000 rpm after that!

    Good luck!

    Default Congrats

    Congratulations Jez,

I find that my left hand is now getting nearer to my right hand scores, I've used it a lot more recently and i find i can get that extra 'kick' with it now.

On strength runs especially i find my left hand can keep the gyro at a higher speed for longer then my right hand, which is my dominant hand. This has made my dual runs more balanced, and yours are very balanced over 14k ! Thats very impressive. Anyway very well done for the score! More to come I'm sure.

    Regards
    Peter

Wee good to hear from you as ever, great to see you have not lost your sarcasium with regards to the War Cry! Thumbs up or fist punching!! I will promise you when l get my next record l will include one or all three just for you.............

To answer your question l did not get it on Video because l never thought l would hit 15K with my left although from now on the Video will be on!!!!

Resting a bit to make sure fingers etc are ok then l may have ago agin at the metal which is being serviced! Should be back soon.

Hopefully catch up soon, great to see some more scores being added to the dual league!
