My powerball is broken Please help me !!!

Hey there,

I purchased a brand new powerball neon and all was well, I have had the powerball for 3 weeks now and it was all running smooth, then all of a sudden it now runs like a old washing machine,

I have followed the instructions on the questions and answers and opened the powerball up to find no chips to the case and no problems i have then cleaned it out and nothing has changed, I am really upset as i was so pleased with the powerball and wouldnt stop playing with it.

There isnt anything else i can think of to sort out my neon blue ball or any other instructions to follow as i have tried everything.
I really do hope that you can help.

i have just had the EXACT problem, unbelievable, at 7000rpm it sounds like its going 13000rpm+ right ? what i have just done ( last 5 minutes ) is send an email repairs@powerballs.com stressing my problem for replacement parts, support band and washers, Dont know what else to do as i have only had it a month ( boxing day ).

just remember if they sound a little 'dodgy' i doesnt mean the performance is worse, listen to Bjorns when he starts it, it horrible ...

but mine i normally got 11000 now i struggle to hit 9000 as it is so routh im so dissapointed with it
