Happens to most people Skyler...hitting a wall like this. There are times when you find your scores might drop significantly too. Just persevere. Or maybe rest up for a week or two, then get back into it...your scores will rise again, don't worry.

I'd recommend a week off or similar too. If that doesn't work then you may need to play around with different techniques. I hit a wall for a couple of weeks, then found a new technique and my scores shot up.
Perserverence is the key. Just stick with it. Look at Adrena1in, from what I know he got stuck at around 13,500 (appologise if wrong) for months, he changed technique and after a while was smashing the 14K barrier and he can noe consistently get over 14K when really going for it (i.e. live events)

    Hi Skyler,

Try experimenting with different techniques. Change your grip just slightly and you may see you scores just jump up. Just as Tstering mentioned, he too hit a wall in his scores. Then, when his changed his grip just a little, he started breaking his own records left and right.

I found that the position of the Powerball in my grip makes all the difference when it comes to getting scores above 14K. Also, when you get up to near your highest speed, try using the rotating of your forearm around your elbow to exert some extra strength to get into some higher rpms.

Of course, if your fatigued from previous days of excessive Powerballing, a few days of good rest (but not too long) from Powerballing will do wonders.

    Always Powerballing,

ya resting would help....im in the middle of resting too

my max was 12113, which was like a month or two back, and highest i can reach now is 11300...
been resting for about a month now, and tried again 2 days back, but my palm area still hurts(the area in between your fingers on your palm, sorta like a long term bruise from the pressure up against the counter), im gonna rest another 2 weeks then try again

hope i can get some new record soon
