To best honest, I don't think it makes too much difference which way your wrist is spinning when working your biceps. As long as you hold your arm bent, with the Powerball up near your head, palm facing you, your biceps will get a workout.

What I sometimes do is hold on with my other hand to the muscle I'm working. You'll feel the muscle tensing and relaxing as you spin the Powerball. You'll even feel different parts of the same muscle being worked depending on which what you're spinning your wrist.

i am not sure but i thought that keeping your arm almost straight with your palm facing upwards works the biceps.

anti - clockwise in right and clock wise in left with that arm position is the only way i can feel it in my biceps.

Like Adrena1in said, both ways will work your biceps. But in different ways I think. So just try to reverse direction every couple of minutes.

bmxballer, I think you mean triceps. The biceps is the double headed muscle that lies directly above the brachialis, on the front of your upper arm(with your palm facing forwards)

Also, just remember, somthing that most people are not aware of. Your Bicep has 2 major functions.

The first is of course to lift your lower arm up and make your arm bend. The second function is to turn your forearm and it is this motion that is used to realy tense the muscle up.

To see what I mean, do the following. Put your right elbow on your desk and bent your arm so that your forearm is in an upright position, like the position your arm would be in near to the end of a bicep hammer curl. Now, put your left hand on your bicep, just to feel the muscle working. Clench your right hand into a fist and first turn your right hand in a clockwise direction as far as you can. Your bicep should now be totally relaxed. Now turn your right hand in an anti-clockwise direction as far as you can. You can feel the whole muscle contracting without even lifting any weight.
