If no one gets it within say 1 week I'll change to one under 10,000. I just had to post it after getting it by pure luck.

Question...do the scores have to be RPM scores? I mean, could someone submit a Strength Score, or even a Total Rev Count score?![]()
Has to be a speed score surely. Strength could be interesting though as that wouldn't be very easy either, so wouldn't mind that. Definitely not total rev as would be easy (if not time consuming) to get the exact score.
I'd be tempted to say thinking bout it more that strength ones should count as I honestly think it would be harder (unless you can hook the PB upto a PC and see the exact revs on a counter onscreen)
Strenght should be okay i think.. but total revcount would be too easy.

i made 16000 rpms on streght the other day...
it was pretty neat![]()
Okay, strength scores allowed too. (It's a good job the old-style counters don't have 60s and 90s modes, because those counters showed the cumulative revs right from the start, and not just in the last 5 seconds. Would've made it really easy!)
(And no, I won't make a Frankenstein Ball, like Pako's, with a normal counter on one side and the Bluetooth Counter on the other, so that I can see my exact RPM on screen, allowing me to get very close with a few seconds to spare, and then stopping the rotor dead when the score is achieved. Good idea though! Actually, no, stupid idea...I wouldn't be able to stop the rotor!! LOL!)Originally Posted by Tstering
Hey, the score to get is still 11,111, you can't just skip a score for fun. Should have saved the 5,555 score for later
So ignore all this naughty inividuals above and go for 11,111![]()
Don't worry Tstering, I won't update the first page. But I'm damned if I'm going to carry on going for 11111...it's too hard. I tried last night using the 90s Strength Mode, and surprisingly I can get far far closer. A couple of times, after 85 seconds, the score was already over the limit, but mostly it was around 10800 to 10900. Just not quite enough time to slow it down and let it count up slowly. One time though...oooh, I could've screamed. 85 seconds and the counter showed almost 11000. I stopped the rotor suddenly and it said 11110. In a panic I rolled the rotor, heard a click, stopped it. No change. Rolled it again, another click, counter moved to 11112!! AGGGHHH!
Several times I saw 11111 on the counter, as it countinued to count to 11120 to 11140. (Should've videoed it, then grabbed a still from the video!)
Oh well, I tried.
Well maybe it is a bit to high. I will submit a new score tonight then. I'm sure I've got some random scores saved on my computer.
Ok I have an idea! We could have two branches of this contest running at once, one score 9999 or less, and the other 10000 and above. For getting the lower score, you would get a certain amount of points... lets say for this example 3 points. If you get the higher score though, you would get 5 points. The scores could be kept in the first post. =D
