    Keep your arm almost straight, and most hand positions will train the triceps. However, I also once found that rotating my right hand anti-clockwise, with my hand up near my right ear, palm facing my head, targetted my triceps nicely.

    To start with about 5 or 10 minutes a day would be plenty. In time, 30 minutes or an hour at a time is a really good workout, but don't do too much too soon or you could injure yourself.

    I would say shoulders and triceps, but also pectorals.

    One more question: What muscles I should train with PB to get better on pull-ups, not chin-ups

    It depends which grip you use for pull-ups, but generally (most of the time) you will be working your biceps.
